How to Track My Order

An automatic email with a tracking link will be sent to you within 1 to 3 working days after your order has been dispatched.

You’ll be able to track your parcel once it has been shipped, using the link provided in the shipping update notification. The dispatch confirmation email will also include your tracking number.

If your order has been marked as dispatched for more than 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) and you still haven’t received a tracking number, please first check your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, feel free to contact us. Our customer service team will provide you with the tracking link and tracking number, so you can check the status of your delivery. We'll do our best to assist you.
